Don't mess with me, gelding!

I can kick your head off any time I want to!

This is how the mustangs fight!

You chase me awhile, and then I'll chase you, okay?

Snow Fun 1    Snow Fun 2

Dark Blue Rerun, one of Blue's first foal crop, now a 16.2-plus grulla gelding, with AQHA points in Novice and Novice Amateur points to his credit, enjoys a brisk romp in the snow in Providence Forge, Virginia, where he awaits word about

a proposed voyage across the water to England with a new owner!

Fox Hunt 1      Fox Hunt 2

Dark Blue Rerun, (aka "Riley) a 2004 grulla gelding by Blue and out of Favorite Ant Marie, went on his first fox hunt

with owner Sarah Adama Wells a couple of months ago in Virginia, on a plantation near the historic James River.

"Riley" proved to be the most balanced and calmest mount in the entire field, enabling his rider to partake of a lovely Mimosa or two while keeping up with the third flight over muddy terrain. The blessings of western pleasure training, allowing neck-reining and spur-stops, proved to be a joy when riding to the hounds!

Anna Durnell of Pendleton, Indiana, riding Dynamic In Pleasure. Anna is 3 in this picture and didn't like the "Leading"

part of the Lead-Line classes! She was allowed to lope Dyna at home, for heavens sake! Bareback!!

Dark Blue Rerun getting psyched up for his first lead-line class, handled by a young lady whose name we can't remember and will have to fill in later. It was her first time to ride a horse, EVER!!! and was she ever excited!

Mena on Riley

Mena Murfield, aged 3, practicing her mount-up technique on Riley, aged 3, with Mimi Sunny standing by.

Adam Riding 2

Adam Gates, son of Jan and Todd Gates, mounted on his favorite buddy, "Roo" a full brother to Dynamic In Pleasure. Adam is a little older than Roo in this picture, but they're both about three years old!

The farrier's work holds great fascination for the babies, and this curious Blue filly is no exception. Farrier Eric Hahn is very patient and quiet, and didn't seem to mind her nosy attention too much! Foaled 4/14/2008, this pretty dun looks like a carbon copy of her gorgeous mama, I'm Deluxe In Color (by Dynamic Deluxe), with a little more height.

Alli on Gabby

Alliana Moore rides the dun mare from Indiana, "Gabby" in her first-ever Lead-Line class, presented by Papa Larry Krugh

on the line. Alli did a fine job of smiling at the judge, and got all the questions right when her turn came. Alli is waiting patiently for her time to show a Dynamic In Blue baby someday.

Riley and Gavin

Gavin Flesch, aged six, takes a trip around the indoor arena on "Riley" (Dark Blue Rerun)on a weekend visit to Papa

Krugh's. Gavin loves Riley because, quote: "He's the biggest horse I ever rode, and he's nice

Skeeter and Robin

Ava Gardner Tillinghast's 2006 grulla mare, Dynamic Wilobars Blu (Dynamic In Blue x Wilobars Six Pence)enjoys some relaxing "down time' with trainer Robin Murphy in her stall at the Ohio State Buckskin Association's "Red, White, & BUCKSKIN!" 4-day circuit last July 4. Watch out for this pretty-moving Jr. Pleasure mare at the shows around Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, and maybe even the IBHA World this season!

New Year's Day: A Great Start!

Grandson asks: "Why do horse people always want to look at a horse's rear end?" Reply: "Those muscles are the drivers for all their moves, and movement is what horses need."

Look out there and imagine Spring!

Good boy! Thanks for the ride.

Swapping leads: we're all over it!

Haven't felt spurs in those spots for a while.

At least Larry gets properly dressed to ride; no lounge pants and fuzzy slippers, like Sunny.

Hey, we could jog all day long for all I care.
